Ron acted for the vendor on my purchase of unit 5 in No 17 Elizabeth Bay Rd, and obviously kept his client's wishes and interests paramount. However, as a purchaser I was very impressed and assisted by his knowledge of market developments in his area, and of course, his detailed knowledge of the particular block of units was beyond compare. Ron is extremely professional and courteous in his communications, hard working and informative. The whole transaction has been smooth and friendly and he was a great solver of all problems, big or small that arise from time to time. He was able to push me to the absolute limit of my funds.
